It took me three long years and over 150 coffee chats to find my co-founders. I was just a 22-year-old med student who had never written a line of code.
It was messy, uncertain, and full of false starts, but that journey taught me something important: Out of eight billion people in the world, the right teammate is always out there. But finding them through weak ties like cold DMs, social feeds, and random intros is rarely productive.
