AI processing is executed via stateless requests routed through blind-relay TLS tunnels directly from Secure Enclaves. User data is processed transiently within volatile memory (RAM) and is technically restricted from being logged, retained, or utilized for model training by any third-party providers. All plaintext data is wiped immediately upon the completion of the inference task.
Decryption of user data occurs exclusively within hardware-isolated environments (AWS Nitro Enclaves) where the host operating system and administrators are cryptographically locked out. The encryption keys used during processing are ephemeral; they exist only for the duration of the active session and are permanently destroyed upon termination, ensuring forward secrecy.
The master decryption key is generated locally on the user's device and is never transmitted to or stored on Pickle's servers. Consequently, stored data remains encrypted at rest as high-entropy noise. Pickle, Inc. possesses no technical capability to decrypt user content, browse notes, or recover data in the event of a lost key.
The system supports full auditability through reproducible builds. Users can independently verify that the cryptographic hash of the binary running within the secure enclave matches the open-source code published on GitHub byte-for-byte. This mechanism mathematically guarantees that the code executing on the server is identical to the public, audited code with no hidden backdoors.
Users retain the absolute right to request full account deletion and data removal at any time via the privacy dashboard. Upon termination, all associated data is immediately rendered inaccessible through the destruction of the unique user encryption keys. Because Pickle utilizes a client-side key architecture without key escrow, this process is irreversible; once keys are revoked, the encrypted data becomes mathematically unrecoverable garbage, and residual backups are purged within a strict 30-day cycle.
The weight of 68g is based on the Pickle 1 Standard Frame with non-prescription lenses. Actual weight may vary by configuration, manufacturing process, and the addition of prescription lenses or third-party accessories.
Claims regarding "All-day comfort" and battery life are based on testing that assumes a 12-hour wear period with mixed usage: 4 hours of active AR display rendering, 2 hours of active AR spatial rendering, and standby mode. Actual battery life varies by network environment, features used, screen brightness, ambient temperature, and other factors.
Prolonged use of high-performance AR content or video recording may cause the aluminum frame to warm. Pickle OS is designed to limit performance or automatically shut down if operating temperatures exceed safety standards to protect the user.
'Widest Field-of-view' claim is based on a comparison with commercially available binocular waveguide standalone AR glasses as of December 2025. Display visibility may be reduced in direct sunlight or environments with ambient light exceeding 100,000 lux.
Not recommended for children under 13. Parental supervision is advised for teenagers to prevent eye strain from prolonged usage.

These limits fluctuate based on global server load and operational costs to ensure stability.
The claim about the quality of understanding of AI about user is a projection based on simulations assuming daily usage of at least 3 hours with over 50 verbal or visual interactions per day. The speed and accuracy of personalization may vary depending on the user's data sharing settings and interaction frequency.
