| About The Service |
| What is Pickle? |
Pickle is a new online service that lets you upload and
share not just photos, but also videos with friends and family over the Internet. Pickle is different not just
because of its extensive support for both photos and videos, but also because Pickle blends web and e-mail-based
sharing to create a service that lets people manage and share the way they actually want to.
Life moves! Pickle It!

|
| How is Pickle different than other sharing services? |
It’s bigger, shinier, prettier and more fun at parties. No, really,
it is.
Pickle is built from the ground up to handle both photos and videos. Think about it: There is no reason why you
should store and share your pictures and your videos in different places. That’s just a left-over from how tape and film
technology evolved. In the digital world, it only makes sense for everything to be together.
There is also no reason that your fun times should be a pain to share. We set the bar high for ourselves – make it
as easy as e-mail. If you can send an e-mail, you can share your photos and videos with Pickle – quite literally. Pickle
lets you establish sharing spaces (aka "Channels") and e-mail directly into them. In fact, each channel can have its
own e-mail address. So, for example, you can create a channel for your ski trip, give the channel an e-mail address,
and have your friends e-mail photos and videos directly to the channel for sharing. |

| What does Beta mean? |
In addition to being the second letter in the Greek alphabet, Beta
means "Test Version." The idea is that a select group of users (like you) try out this early version of Pickle — so that we
can learn more about what you like, what you don’t like and how you relate to it in general.
While developing Pickle, we have made every effort to track down bugs that may have found their way into the
system. But as the word "test" implies, there may still be some minor kinks yet to be worked out. Please know that
we are hard at work perfecting the system and are eager to know about any and all issues. If you have a suggestion on
how we can make things better, or if, heaven forbid, you find a bug, please let us know. |
|
|
| How do I sign up? |
In this Beta Version, you can only sign up for an account if you
receive an invitation from Pickle. The instructions are included in the invitation.
So how do you get a much-coveted Pickle Invitation? Right now, it’s easy. On the bottom left of the Pickle
Home page, you can request an invitation by entering your e-mail address. But hurry. Space is limited. |

| Send us an e-mail at support@pickle.com. |
|
|
| How do I change my password? |
| To change your password, just click on the "Options" tab and then the "Change Password" link. |
|
|
| What if I’ve forgotten my password? |
Go to the Pickle Home Page and click on the Forgotten Your Password link on the top right of the page. You’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address. This is important: you must enter the same address you used to set up your account. Once that’s done, click the submit button and your password will arrive in your e-mail straight away. You can always change this password from the Change My Password link in the Account Options page.
If you have changed your e-mail address since you originally created the account (and can no longer access messages on the old service),
you will need to get in touch with the support team. Send us an e-mail at support@pickle.com.
